We offer simple, transparent pricing for advisory work. Most engagements start with a short discovery call to confirm scope and the best format.

Standard Rates

Hourly Advisory Rate: £150 per hour
Daily Consulting Rate (Day Rate): £900 per day

Notes: A standard day is typically planned as an intensive working day (workshop, onsite review, or delivery session). Exact timing and outputs are agreed in advance.

Travel & On-Site Delivery

For on-site engagements, travel and accommodation are billed separately as Reimbursable Expenses (at cost). This typically includes transport and hotel costs where required.

When to Choose Which

Hourly — best for targeted questions, rapid diagnostics, decision support, or reviewing a specific problem.
Day Rate — best for workshops, deep operational reviews, leadership alignment, or building an implementation plan.

Need a Larger Engagement?

If you need a structured programme (e.g., audit + implementation), we provide a fixed proposal with clear deliverables, timeline and milestones.
